Farmison & Co Game Dinner
What could be better than a night of fine art and fine dining? Enjoy both at Tate Britain’s Rex Whistler restaurant, with a special autumnal evening of game and wine inspired by Whistler’s mural, The Expedition in Pursuit of Rare Meats. Seasonal British game will be supplied by family-owned butcher Farmison & Co, which specialises in traditional heritage breed British meats and supply to the likes of Fortnum & Mason and The Club at The Ivy. The evening will begin with a drinks reception and talk from Farmison & Co commercial director Andrew Cavanna, followed by a set dinner of delicious dishes such as wild game pressed terrine and slow-cooked venison loin.
