Cocktail of the month: 'Pink Jam Jar' by M Restaurant

INGREDIENTS

40ml rosé wine

20ml cider brandy

15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 spoon of strawberry jam

20ml soda water

 

METHOD

Combine all ingredients, except the soda water, in a cocktail shaker and fill it up with ice. Close the shaker and shake it vigorously for 15 seconds. Using a cocktail strainer, pour the drink into a cocktail glass over ice. Top it up with a bit of soda water to get some fizz into it. Garnish it with mint sprig and half a strawberry.
