The vibe: Swish, all-day dining venue from Adam White with eclectic interiors, excellent food and fun times at the Puffing Devil bar.

Apium: A sophisticated blend of white rum, lime juice, white peach purée, egg white, celery and black pepper.

Twinkle: As saccharine as its name suggests, this tipple is made from dessert wine, lemon juice, peppermint bitters, lemon zest and sugar syrup.

The vibe: An elegant Nordic-French restaurant, deli and bar from Finnish-born chef Helena Puolakka with the most Instagrammable interiors in SW1.

Absolutely Aster: This signature cocktail captures the flavour of Scandinavia with Absolut Elyx Vodka, Aquavit and elderflower cordial.

Old Negroni: A Scandi twist on Italy’s boozy classic with Amaro, sweet vermouth, Aquavit and Absolut Elyx Vodka.

Where? CLARENDON COCKTAIL CELLAR

The vibe: A decadent basement bar hidden under The Cambridge Street Kitchen. Expect cosy seating and inventive cocktails named after cult films.

Wolverine: Not as scary as its name suggests, this sweet and sour number is made from gin, lemon, Oleo Saccharum and pine peppercorn and topped with Franklin & Sons Pink Grapefruit-Bergamot Tonic.

Do you Suze? This elegant number takes its name from French fruity aperitif Suze Saveur D’Autrefois. Here it’s mixed with Lillet Blanc aromatised wine, fig leaf liqueur and Mr Black Cold Brew Liqueur and topped with Franklin & Sons Rosemary & Black Olive Tonic.

Warm & Sons (non-alcoholic): One for the designated driver is this refreshing blend of ginger, turmeric, lime and rosemary topped with Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic. (£4)
