Wagamama's Veganuary innovation is here. The Suika Tuna. Suika means watermelon in Japanese and guess what - that's what this 'tuna' is made of.
Dressed with a miso sesame sauce, the suika 'tuna' steak sits on a bed of white rice with soy seasoning and accompanied with pickled radish, kale and tenderstem broccolli. The dish is served with an avocado, edamame and tofu guacamole.
