Bone Daddies has become famed for its contemporary take on traditional Japanese food, with a specific focus on ramen. Using well sourced ingredients, Ross Shonhan, the man responsible for bringing ramen with rock ‘n’ roll to the forefront of the London restaurant scene has brought complex flavours in comforting bowls of ramen to the masses with great success.
The menu at Bone Daddies Nova will offer all the original ramen dishes, including the ever-popular T22 ramen (£10.7), with the optional addition of the famed cock-scratchings, the classic Tonkotsu with its 20-hour pork bone broth (£11.2) and the vegetarian Tantanmen ramen (£10.8) made with kara-age tofu and bok choy. Alongside this, there will be the new addition of maki rolls, including Spicy Tuna Roll and Softshell Crab Roll, exclusive to Victoria. The site will also offer the Yuzu Margarita, the signature Bone Daddies cocktail, and a range of Japanese sake and whiskies.
